Timbre's mission is to connect diverse individuals with the job market by matching technical and behavioral skills with available job opportunities in the Brazilian market. To achieve this, we use an innovative methodology designed to help eliminate unconscious biases that often arise during recruitment and selection processes.
We have adopted this Privacy Policy, which outlines how we will collect, process, and handle all Personal Data (sensitive or not) that you share with us while using our services, including your visits to our website and communications exchanged with us, as well as your rights concerning your Personal Data (sensitive or not) processed by us.

2) WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

Without this data, it would not be possible to identify the diversity profile and connect candidates to fitting job openings.
4) NON-OBLIGATION TO SHARE DATA
You are not required to share any Personal Data (sensitive or not) with Timbre. However, if you choose not to, we may not be able to provide you with full access to the website, specific features, or deliver the contracted services.
5) WHAT WILL WE DO WITH THIS INFORMATION?
Your data will be used for Recruitment and Selection with a focus on Corporate Diversity. This Human Resources process aims to attract and select candidates from diverse backgrounds for job opportunities with our clients/partners.
We may also use your data to manage your relationship with us and provide better services, including:
