1) DEFINITIONS
Below are the definitions of the main terms we use in our Privacy Policy:
1. "Personal Data": any information that directly or indirectly identifies or can identify a natural person, such as name, CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registry number), date of birth, IP address, among others;
2. "Natural Person": synonymous with physical person, i.e., a living human being.

"Sensitive Personal Data": any information that reveals, concerning a natural person, their racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, union membership, or membership in religious, philosophical, or political organizations, health or sexual life data, genetic or biometric data.

"General Data Protection Law" - ("LGPD"): Law No. 13,709/18, which deals with the processing of Personal Data, including in digital media, by a natural person or by a public or private legal entity, with the objective of protecting fundamental rights of freedom and privacy and the free development of the personality of the natural person.
2) WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
During the use of our services, you will need to provide us with PERSONAL DATA and SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA, such as name, surname, age, address, racial or ethnic origin, among others.

(ii) Sensitive Personal Data: our service aims at recruitment and selection focused on corporate diversity, that is, hiring people of different genders, ethnicities, backgrounds, ages, experiences, and visions. Without the provision of this Sensitive Personal Data, it will not be possible to identify the diversity profile to which the candidate belongs and consequently connect them to job vacancies they fit into.
4) NON-OBLIGATION OF DATA SHARING
You are not required to share any Personal Data (whether sensitive or not) with Timbre. However, if you choose not to share them anymore, in some cases, we may not be able to provide you with full access to the website, to some specialized features, or to be able to provide the necessary assistance or even enable the delivery of the product or provide the service contracted by you.
5) WHAT WILL WE DO WITH THIS INFORMATION?
Your data will be used for Recruitment and Selection purposes focused on Corporate Diversity, which consists of a Human Resources process focused on attracting and selecting professionals with diverse profiles (different genders, ethnicities, backgrounds, ages, experiences, and visions) for job vacancies available in our clients/partners.
We will also use your Personal Data to manage your relationship with us and better serve you in providing our service. Examples of how we use your data include:
1. Enable you to purchase products and/or services from Timbre;
2. To confirm or correct the information we have about you;
3. To send information we believe to be of interest to you;
4. To contact you by a phone number and/or email address provided. We may contact you personally, by voice message, by text messages (SMS), by email, or by any other means of communication that your device is capable of receiving, within the terms of the law and for reasonable business purposes.
Timbre may retain and process your personal data for as long as they are relevant to the achievement of the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy. Anonymized personal data, with no possibility of association with the individual, may be retained for an indefinite period.

The Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data provided by you may also be disclosed/used for:

3. Protecting Timbre's operations;
4. Detecting and preventing fraud;
5. Protecting your, Timbre's, or third parties' rights, privacy, and/or security; and
6. Other situations authorized by the LGPD and other applicable laws.
8) SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
We may share your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data:
1. With our partner companies and/or clients, as well as with service providers or partners to manage or support certain aspects of our operations on our behalf. These service providers or partners may be located in the United States, Argentina, Brazil, or other global locations, including servers for testing and production, and data hosting and storage service providers, fraud management, customer support, order fulfillment, content personalization, advertising and marketing activities (including digital and personalized advertising), and IT services, for example;
